Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AmplifyCS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of your access to or use of the services. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to AmplifyCS in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate these terms at any time. You may stop using the services and close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a security risk. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately, though we will provide a reasonable period for you to export your data.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
